Fragrance layering is one of the most powerful — and underused — tools in personal style. When done well, it creates a scent that is entirely your own: complex, evolving, and impossible to replicate.
Why Layer?
A single fragrance tells one story. Layering tells many. By combining two or more scents, you can build depth, extend longevity, and create something that feels bespoke — because it is.
Start with a Base
Begin with a heavier, longer-lasting scent — think musks, woods, or vanilla. Our Pure Oil Rollers are perfect for this: applied to pulse points, they anchor the composition and keep it close to the skin throughout the day.
Add the Character
Layer your main fragrance on top. This is the scent that defines the mood — fresh and citrus for daytime, deeper and spiced for evening. Apply to the neck, wrists, and inner elbows.
The Golden Rules
- Less is more — two or three scents maximum
- Apply heavier scents first, lighter ones last
- Let each layer dry before applying the next
- Experiment on skin, not paper — fragrance is personal
Our Recommended Pairings
Try layering Bright Star over a Pure Oil Roller base for a luminous, long-lasting signature. Or combine Vanille Extrait with Rouge for a warm, sensual evening accord.
Fragrance is the most intimate form of self-expression. Make it yours.
